Resolve an IP to its associated Skype username. Historical CTRLhub tool.

Microsoft deprecated the legacy Skype resolver protocol in 2017 and shut down the underlying peer-to-peer infrastructure. Username→IP resolution is no longer technically possible on the current Skype/Teams platform.

This page is kept for historical reference. Any tool advertising a working Skype resolver in 2025+ is either lying or relying on stale data from before 2017.

[+] Added another cipher tool called a "Caesar Cipher". Was created by Julius Caesar to protect messages of military significance from his enemy. Each letter in the plaintext is replaced by a letter some fixed number of positions (at your choosing) down the alphabet.

[+] Added a Data Matrix code Generator tool, basically same as a QR code but different format.
[+] Fixed QR Code Generator: I never realized I missed a line of code, and subsequently everytime you added a space it would convert it to a "~" without ever replacing it back. Now it does and if you add a space it will show up as the original text in the QR Code!
