[+] Added another cipher tool called a "Caesar Cipher". Was created by Julius Caesar to protect messages of military significance from his enemy. Each letter in the plaintext is replaced by a letter some fixed number of positions (at your choosing) down the alphabet.

[+] Fixed the URL shortener, before you weren't able to shorten links with "?example=something&this=something%20else" at the end, it would just cut it out. Updated to fix that problem.

[+] Changed the tool "Delete EXIF Data". Instead of files deleting every hour on the hour; they are deleted 10 minutes after the initial upload, more than enough time for you to download your new image!

[+] Added a Data Matrix code Generator tool, basically same as a QR code but different format.
[+] Fixed QR Code Generator: I never realized I missed a line of code, and subsequently everytime you added a space it would convert it to a "~" without ever replacing it back. Now it does and if you add a space it will show up as the original text in the QR Code!
